We want you to love your purchase at Mireva. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our return policy is straightforward and valid for 30 days from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition.
  • The item must be packed in its original brand packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or your original order number.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at mirevatrainer@gmail.com with your order number (e.g., #1001) and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and reply within 24-48 hours providing further details and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided by our support team. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened personal care items, final sale products, and promotional gift cards. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for damaged items caused by improper personal use or wear and tear.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at mirevatrainer@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
