Shipping Policy

At Mireva, we work hard to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently. Please read our guidelines below to fully understand our logistics process.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Window

We offer shipping to most regions internationally. Our standard transit window takes approximately 7 to 15 business days for delivery after processing is completed.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier system.

Customs, Duties and Tariffs

Mireva is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). While delays due to local customs inspections can occasionally happen and are outside our direct control, our support team will actively assist you if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correctness of the shipping address filled during checkout. If you notice an error, please notify us immediately via email. Once the package has left our fulfillment facilities, we are unable to alter the destination address or issue a refund for delivery errors.
